1.1. This agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Operator and the User regarding the provision of ready-made Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (digital goods) via the «ШаблоныPRO» Telegram bot and website (the "Service").
1.2. Using the Service, placing an order, paying or accessing files constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement.
2.1. The Operator provides a digital good (.xlsx file); the User accepts it and pays per the terms of this offer.
2.2. Access is granted via the Telegram bot or website after successful payment.
3.1. After payment, the file is delivered via the Telegram bot; "My purchases" lets the User re-download it anytime.
3.2. The User is responsible for having an app to open .xlsx files (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice, mobile apps).
4.1. Prices are shown at checkout. Payment methods: SBP / bank card in RUB (RollyPay) and USDT crypto (NOWPayments).
4.2. As the goods are digital and delivered at the moment of payment, refunds for properly delivered goods are generally not provided. A refund may be issued if the file cannot be obtained due to a technical issue — contact support.
5.1. The User must use the Service lawfully. Resale, distribution or publication of the files to third parties without the Operator's consent is prohibited.
6.1. Materials are protected by IP law. Purchase does not transfer exclusive rights.
7.1. The Operator takes measures for uninterrupted operation but is not liable for failures caused by payment systems, carriers or third parties.
8.1. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
