1.1. This Privacy Policy defines how the «ШаблоныPRO» online service (the "Service") collects, processes, stores and protects personal data of Users. The Service provides ready-made Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (digital goods).

3.1. Personal data is processed to: deliver digital goods; identify the User; process payments; manage orders; provide technical support; ensure Service security and prevent fraud.

5.1. The Operator does not sell personal data.
5.2. Data may be shared with payment providers (RollyPay, NOWPayments) and technical/information providers (Supabase — database and file hosting) to the extent necessary for the Service to function.
6.1. Payments are processed by third-party providers (RollyPay — SBP/card in RUB; NOWPayments — USDT crypto). The Operator does not store full card details and has no access to the User's crypto wallet secrets.
7.1. Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing, or as required by law.
7.2. The Operator applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from loss, alteration, disclosure and unauthorized access.
8.1. The User may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data by contacting support using the details in section 10.
